Terms and Conditions

Instructor: Registered Teacher with NDIS Screening
By enrolling a child in R.A.I.N. programs, the parent or guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- R.A.I.N. provides educational workshops in robotics, coding, and digital technologies designed to support learning, creativity, and social integration.
- All participants must follow safety instructions and use equipment responsibly under supervision.
- Parents or guardians acknowledge that while all reasonable care is taken, R.A.I.N. and Harvest Oak Pty. Ltd. are not liable for accidental injury, loss, or damage to personal property during sessions.
- Participants with additional needs, including those supported by the NDIS, will be accommodated within the scope of the program and staff expertise.
- Photographs or videos may be taken for educational or promotional purposes with prior consent.
- Fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise arranged.
- R.A.I.N. reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions if necessary, with notice provided where possible.
Code of Conduct – Students
R.A.I.N. is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all participants. The following code of conduct applies to all students:
- Respect others’ personal space, property, and opinions.
- Follow all safety instructions and use equipment only as directed.
- Speak kindly and support peers in learning and teamwork.
- Report any unsafe behaviour or damage immediately to staff.
- Electronic devices should only be used for learning activities during sessions.
- Bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.
- Arrive on time and participate actively in all activities.
By participating in R.A.I.N. programs, students agree to uphold this code of conduct to ensure a positive and productive environment for everyone.
Code of Conduct – Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians play an important role in supporting the R.A.I.N. learning environment. The following expectations apply:
- Encourage children to follow the student code of conduct and participate respectfully.
- Communicate any relevant medical, behavioural, or support needs before sessions begin.
- Respect staff decisions and program guidelines.
- Ensure timely drop‑off and pick‑up of children.
- Use respectful communication with staff and other families at all times.
- Support the inclusive and positive culture of R.A.I.N. programs.
By enrolling a child in R.A.I.N., parents and guardians agree to uphold this code of conduct and work collaboratively with staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
